We are looking for a AI & Software Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team in Gleisdorf.

Jerich International operates worldwide with more than 900 employees at 32 locations. We offer our clients comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions in the areas of transport, scheduling, and terminal logistics within an international network.

Your Responsibilities

Developing and integrating AI-based solutions
Data science and predictive analytics: analysing complex data, pattern recognition and optimisation algorithms to automate and improve logistics processes
Developing intelligent assistance functions, automations and workflows used directly in our operational business processes
Developing modern client, web and mobile applications based on .NET (C#), Java and Python
Designing and implementing scalable software solutions, REST APIs, interfaces and backend services
Enhancing, maintaining and optimising our company-wide logistics software
Evaluating new technologies and actively shaping the software architecture
Contributing to international software rollouts and supporting our locations when introducing new solutions

Your Profile

Completed technical education (university, university of applied sciences or HTL), ideally with a focus on computer science or software engineering
Excellent software development skills in C# and .NET (Visual Studio / VS Code)
Good knowledge of Python
Interest in or first practical experience with machine learning, deep learning and data science – ideally with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn or Hugging Face
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
Team spirit, willingness to learn and enjoyment in actively shaping new technologies

What we offer

An interesting and challenging position in an internationally successful company, with a wide range of development opportunities and performance-based pay.

This position is paid above the gross monthly salary set by the collective agreement. Depending on qualifications, the starting salary ranges from EUR 3,000 to 4,000 gross per month. The actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
